The food was good and the restaurant was clean with efficient and friendly service. The beds and the toilet in the room were clean and presentable. The staff in general were very friendly and helpful The spa was nicely adequate for our 3 day stay

The decor in all areas, except the restaurant, is very grubby and most of the furniture is very tired. The carpet in our room wasn't vacuumed any time during our three day stay. The place would benefit from a complete refurbishment.

Big thanks to the hotel for a great weekend. Unfortunately my child was very sick on our first night and the staff were fantastic! Helped to clean up and asked if we needed anything. Great place to stay with children. Rooms clean and spacious, great food, great location and very reasonable.

The friendliness and efficiency of all the staff, especially in the restaurant. We were treated so well.

The bathrooms in the hotel are getting a bit 'tired' looking but that's just a minor 'dislike'.
